what is the best stuff to clean windows and wood furniture.?

April 25, 2010

Everyone says vinegar and water and wipe with newspaper for windows. Furniture polishes tend to leave furniture blochy looking. I have this huge entertainment center with doors. It is the main focus so I want it to look gorgous.

  1. Spray some vodka on the windows and wipe it off with paper toweling. Works great on eye glasses too.
Use mink oil for the entertainment center or murpheys oil soap

  2. vinegar in water and newspapers is the best 4 windows

  3. to clean windows tea tree oil nice smell after most oils u can use

  4. vinegar will cut the grease, but it stinks. go to the janitorial suppliers and buy an applicator and squeegie like the prof window cleaners use.

you need a weak soloution of washing up liquid, (weaker than for washing the pots. (in UK I use ‘Fairy’ wash up liquid)

wet the glass and blade it off with rubber squeegie. if your windows are covered in fingerprints real bad it may take 2 goes to shift it.

NEVER EVER PUT POLISH OR WINDOWLENE on glass

oh yes, old newspapers for cleaning glass, it is brilliant, it really is. the problem you are faced with is that the stuff they use nowadays is not as good, it is even bad.
