im in the process of getting a 7pc micro fiber sectional set which comes with the sofa/loveseat , coffee table,2 end table and two lamps ....my payment will be per month 117.00 for 18months but heres the catch the sofa are used!!!!! 1-10 scale on how used....about 2 also on one of the armrest it has a pen mark.......i havent signned nothing but did leave down my first month payment to hold them and still got till monday to finalize the deal........should i pass or neg for a lower price

That is 2106 dollars for entire payoff. Check with other rentals in the area and see what there price would be, then ask yourself how important a pen mark is. Then you can make an intelligent decision on if you want it or not.
Get your money back and look for a better deal. Used furniture is 20% of the retail price. Look in 2nd hand shops, E Bay or Craigslist.
Rent to buy is a bad deal, you could do better in a furniture store with thier payment plan.
They have already made the money on the used furniture and then they are still trying to charge you as if it were new!?

They have free and or cheap furniture that people want to get rid of.
Those rental places make much money while charging 3 times as much!
