How do I store books in a neat way without a bookshelf?
December 31, 2009
I want a creative way to store my books without using a traditional shelf. Right now they are stacked on the floor. I've been surfing some DIY websites for ideas but I haven't found what I'm looking for yet.
If you have any creative ideas about stacking them or anything else, please suggest.
Thanks!

Decorative basket, buckets or bins that can either be stacked or sitting out. I’m sure you’ve found stuff like this but I hope I helped.
Try stacking only the books you will need everyday in a table according to size.Stack the bigger books in one column, the smaller in another, etc
The other books can be stored elsewhere.
Sort the books in like color categories and display them in smaller color groups adding small decorative accessories, photographs or greenery. Display some groups upright and others stacked on top of each other.
