Cheap furniture?

I am moving into an apartment in August for college and i need lots of furniture! Where can I get nice and cheap furniture? i would like the furniture to be nice but nothing special.

Go to J.C. Penny’s. They have nice prices and also reduced furniture.
THRIFT STORES!!! I wish like crazy that I’d known this when I was at Penn State in 1989. They have all kinds of things, a lot of it VERY neat, and the prices are fabulous.
Target.
Walmart.
Other chain store.
Thrift stores.
Salvation Army.
etc.
wal-mart.com (they ship some free to the store)
Craigslist
Ebay (look for local items)
Deep-discount stores like Wal-mart, target, and IKEA may have cheap furniture, but they lack quality! If you want things that will last, you should consider buying some old furniture at flea markets or auctions and re-finishing it. Your home will have much more style for much less money!
